New Year's Update!

31 December 2014

This post is to wish every single of you that have visited and read my blog a Happy New Year!

I trust that 2014 has been a great year for you and that you have so many amazing memories from it. I hope that 2015 will be even better to you and bring you success and happiness.

Two thousand and Fifteen will be a very exciting and very stressful year for me. Things will be changing in regards to not only this blog, but my online presence as a whole.

I will still be reading and reviewing and posting. However, whereas this month I have been posting every day, in January I will be returning to college and the posts will slow down. I'm aiming to post once a week whether it be a book review, a book haul, reading updates, television or film updates. There will be something  new here for you to read every week! I'm not sure what day I'll be posting yet, perhaps that'll be a bit staggered at the start but I've got my eyes set on posting weekends primarily. Things will definitely grind to even a slower pace when the end of February approaches simply because I will be settling down to revise for AS exams, but there'll be more on that when the time comes.

However, along with the general reviews and such I will be posting every Friday for a new segment on the blog called Fancast Friday where I suggest actors that would like to portray the characters of a book should there be a screen adaptation of the novel.

Instagram, Twitter and GoodReads are the best places to get updates on when I'm reading what and to communicate with me. As things will be a bit slower here and I'll most likely post when I have to review and such, if you want to find out what I'm reading or what I'm looking to read then the best place to do so is either check my GoodReads or Instagram. If you want to leave me a message and don't fancy e-mailing, then as usual Twitter is the best place to get in touch with me!

I'm currently reading The Madman's Daughter by Megan Shepherd. I'm well over half way and the review should be up fairly soon. I'm really enjoying it so depending on how it ends, I will eagerly read the rest of the entire trilogy.

The third book of the Mara Dyer series finally arrived! That's right, The Retribution of Mara Dyer is now in my clutches (Thanks, Amazon) and I can't wait to read it! Definitely one of the most addictive, engrossing novel series I read this year! I want to marry Noah Shaw - goal of 2015 maybe?

Other books that I obtained this year or plan to read ASAP that you can expect to see reviewed/featured on the blog in the New Year are; The Retribution of Mara Dyer, The Song of Achilles, The Night Circus, The Death Cure, Eleanor and Park, The Elite, Anna and the French Kiss and hopefully Her Dark Curiosity (The Madman's Daughter #2).

Thank you to everyone who has visited my blog this year from all my fellows in the UK, to the folk across the pond in the US and even people all the way in Australia! Also, thank you to Danee at FictionFunction for allowing me to co-blog alongside her. It's been a great end to a rather eventful year.

I hope you all have a Happy New Year and enjoy the celebrations. Stay safe and I'll see you all in 2015!

Until next year (haha),
