Since 2014, I’ve maintained this corner of the internet to share my thoughts about the books I’m currently reading. As an ardent literature fan and a two-time Blue Peter badge short story winner (humble brag!), I’m fortunate that this hobby born out of boredom in the evenings after school has since allowed me to forge a career, support causes close to my heart, partner up with some amazing publishers and brands and write for other publications.

In the real world, I work in PR and communications in the B2B/corporate tech space and split most of my time between London, Bristol and Wales. Outside of work and reading, I spend a lot of hours playing Animal Crossing, sipping G&Ts, geeking out about tennis and listening to Taylor Swift on repeat.

Being passionate about women’s rights, I’ve been outspoken when it comes to higher education and sexual misconduct following my own experience whilst studying in Bristol in 2019. I am proud to have worked alongside fellow survivors who formed SSCSP to raise awareness and to call for mandated sexual assault policies in the UK higher education system.
