Samantha, 23, PR, activist, bookworm, always overdressed.
Currently working in tech PR across corporate and B2B clients, with previous agency and in-house consumer experience in FMCG, F&B, lifestyle and publishing.
When I’m not busy stressing out about campaigns and coverage, you’ll find me sipping espresso martinis and listening to Taylor Swift on repeat.
I’ve always adored literature and writing since I was a toddler. In 2014, I started this blog as a space to share my thoughts on what I was currently reading. A hobby born out of boredom in the evenings after school has now allowed me to branch out into activism, forge a career, and partner up with some amazing publishers and brands over the years.
Being passionate about women’s rights, I’m outspoken when it comes to higher education and sexual misconduct following my own experience whilst studying in Bristol. I am proud to be working alongside fellow survivors who have formed SSCSP to raise awareness and to call for mandated sexual assault policies in the UK higher education system. I’ve also ardently supported campaigns that call for better support for disabled students at these educational institutions.
